With a few simple tools and a short amount of time you can create a mini retreat for yourself at home and unlock the transformational possibilities that lie within you.

What Do You Get?

My gift to you is a series of video lessons that will guide through a process, encouraging you to make your own expressive marks as you paint alongside me.

You will leave with the base knowledge and confidence to progress in a way that inspires you.

This process invites you to:

  • Release the self judgment
  • Leave perfectionism at the door
  • Explore, play and build confidence
  • Make your own choices in art and life

Your investment is one of time.

You will need a minimum of one hour, but I suggest putting aside two to three hours for creative play and exploration. You can carry on for as long as you choose and even repeat the retreat as many times as you like.
