Original Artwork & Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and provide the correct address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. There are no restocking fees.

There are no final sale or non-returnable items in our shop.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of the date you subscribed, provided you have not accessed or begun any of the lesson content.

After 14 days, or if lesson content has been accessed, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.

EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal form available on our website or contact us directly at jo.barnard1975@gmail.com. You will receive written confirmation of your withdrawal request.

For digital content such as online lessons, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have given consent for the content to begin and acknowledged that this right will be lapsed upon access.
